Croftbank is self-catering accommodation unlike any other. With the fantastic views of the Isle of Arran, you will be hypnotised by its beauty. Recently established, this cottage enables you to have the independence to come and go as you please and explore our island.

3 beds two with en suite one with triple bunk giving option of using as a twin or double room
2 x wood burning stoves ( initial wood supplied)
Dogs: Up to 2 x dogs welcome built in crates provided in the utility , visitors just need to bring their own dog bed.
2x undercover bike racks
Enclosed front garden with seating for 6 to enjoy the views and a bbq
Phone signal in Lochranza is sometimes poor a Landline is provided allowing guests to call emergency services should they ever need to.
Bedrooms: Bedding and towels provided. Hairdryers provided in all rooms.
Bathrooms: Hand towels and local Arran Aromatics hand soap provided.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, Microwave, All crockery /glasses and basic condiments
Utility: Washer/dryer, Bbq equipment, Plastic glasses to safely enjoy a g & t with the view
Infants Children: High Chair and 1x Travelcot provided
Red squirrels: Lochranza enjoys a healthy colony of red squirrels feel free to pop some peanuts in the feeders to have a chance of some red furry visitors

About Croftbank Cottage
Croftbank is a charming, quaint 200 year old original village fisherman’s cottage. A traditional fully-furnished property with a comfortable feel, it boasts a sophisticated living space for all to enjoy.
With private gardens to the front and rear, you benefit from outstanding views. The rear garden accommodates a summer house, so you can watch the world go by on a lazy summer evening. There is also the addition of a private driveway opposite the property, with space for two vehicles.
The family room and diner hold a log burner, providing you with the perfect place to relax in the winter months. Adjacent to the family room is a modern kitchen that provides efficient space to cook meals. With integrated self-catering facilities including a double oven, hob and fridge/freezer, you can take full advantage.
Upstairs holds three well-proportioned bedrooms; two with en-suites. All bedrooms benefit from a stunning view overlooking the island.
